More: Aidan was a very timid, gentle, loyal companion that wouldn't hesitate to put himself between danger and his loved ones (whether they be his human or canine companions) despite his inherent fears. He was diagnosed with acute leukemia in March 2020 and despite our best efforts and those of our oncologist, he lost his battle 7 weeks later in May 2020. I still say goodnight to him and tell him how much I love him every night. RIP Aidan.
