More: Aldo is the family’s first dog. He is a sweet, loving, and energetic addition, especially for our 3 year old daughter Roslyn. Other than keeping us active and giving us more reason to get outdoors, he also keeps our older cat Louie, 11 years old, on his toes. Aldo is named after one of our country’s finest champions of the outdoors, and author, Aldo Leopold. He loves rooting around the fields, flushing out a few local birds, and chewing on a good stick while sitting in the afternoon sun.
