More: Alice was adopted from a “pit-bull” rescue in Albany New York as an 8 week old puppy. She is the fastest dog we have ever owned! She leaps over picnic tables with a single bound. She LOVES company. Be it people or dog friends. She is afraid of storms and shivers like a leaf on a tree with the sound of thunder. She has been taught some sign language by me (my husband loves to tease me) and the sign/words she sees/hears most often and responds to is “all done” (meaning no more treats). She is a wonderful companion on our daily walks, and sleeps every night with her best friend our teenage son Jonah.
