More: Angel is a rescue who at one time was 172 lbs. Our vet says she should weigh between 120 - 125. We adopted her into our family to give her purpose and a loving environment. Through proper food planning and exercise she is down to 137 lbs. She is now a joy to have around as she can climb the stairs and join in with the rest of the family. She is no longer coughing and out of breathe all the time. She loves to play fetch with her brand new ball. She is a terrific watch dog but truly a gentle giant to all who comes to our home. As my wife says she is truly a Guardian Angel.
