More: Annie was adopted at 3 years old August 10, 2015. She was transported from a high kill shelter in California to the shelter I volunteered at in Washington state. She chose me to be her new mom by jumping into my arms when I was selecting dogs for the next adoption event. It was challenging to bring her out of her shell and help her with the confidence I knew she had. Here we are, 6 years later and she’s loving, trusting and enjoys every adventure we have. She is the best and most intelligent dog I’ve ever had. All of my friends and people who meet her love her to pieces!
