More: Ari is a registered NAVHDA hunting dog who recently suffered an ACL injury this spring. Upon diagnosis of an ACL tear, they also noticed her hips have concerns of hip dysplasia in the x rays. Her drive and endurance stood out from all the other hunting dogs I’ve ever owned. It was easy to get lost just watching her work. After her surgery on July 2nd (her 4th Birthday) her hunting days will be over and the road to recovery begins. If I win, I plan on using the money to buy Ari the most comfortable memory foam ORVIS dog bed so she can live out her retirement in comfort.
