More: Ariel is one of a litter of 16 puppies (a rare large litter) from a preservation breeder in Maine. This picture was taken when we were on a road trip from Ohio to visit her breeder and some of her siblings. She is the office dog at the nonprofit educational farm where I work and is loved by the children who visit. She loves getting out in nature so it’s perfect for her to go to work with me. We were drawn to her breed for our daughter who has severe cerebral palsy. She has been a wonderful, fun, and loving part of our family since we brought her home.
