More: Arya is a special rescue dog. When she was rescued she was sick and found to have a pellet in her heart from what is assumed to be a point blank shot to the chest in an attempt to kill her. The pellet lodged in her heart and she somehow didn’t bleed out. She was written up in a Cardiology journal and now she’s living her best life. Arya was a foster fail, I couldn’t bear to give her up after fostering her, so i adopted her after her heartworm and Lyme disease treatment was complete.
