Bane

Swimming Lessons

More: Bane came to our family not knowing very much. He had to learn how to interact with strangers, plants, cars, and the electric fence. (The basics came first, swimming came later.) He occasionally decided to remember his name, but he was primarily focused on ensuring his new family would pay him the attention he deserved. He was rescued from an unknown fate, and still struggles to cope with his puppyhood trauma. He worries that his humans might forget about him, so he makes sure to remind us of his presence at all times. Bane is a sneaky pup with the biggest heart. He has also mastered the art of eye gestures to indicate when he wants a treat from the cookie bin on the counter. His name might sound a bit intimidating, but all he wants to do is give people the fluffiest hugs you can imagine.
