More: I wanted a bird dog that would be good at finding and retrieving all birds whether it be on land or water. A lab/shorthaired pointer was the perfect dog for me. Banjo learned commands very quick and instinctively knew how to retrieve and smell birds that I didn't even know where they were. He LOVES swimming in water at all times of the year and digging holes to stay cool in the summer. If anyone is in the air about this particular dog breed, I would recommend 10/10.
