More: Miss Bella was in an abusive home for the first 5 months of her life. My husband and I had enough of hearing her yelp and cry from the young children throwing her or pulling on her little legs. We went to the family that had her and told them we would call animal control if they kept up the abuse. One day our doorbell rang , it was the neighbor with the puppy he handed it me and said they didn't want it anyways. She was so dehydrated and starved. We immediately took her to the vet. She had a fever from an ear infection and she was so skinny they didn't think she would make it. We took ownership of her January 2021 and since then she has become a beautiful canine with the silliest personality. We love her so much. She is our Best Girl.
