More: We adopted Benny when he was 1 year old. He was rescued from an animal hoarder in California who had dogs tied up in the backyard. Benny was on a rope about 4 feet long, tied to a post where he could barely walk around. He was a nervous, malnourished boy who has absolutely blossomed into the smart, rambunctious, loyal, outdoor-loving dog he is today. His favorite thing to do is to go on long walks where he searches for bunnies. He also like to patrol the yard for any critters that he can chase.
