More: As I submit this, we are currently battling bone marrow cancer. After a lot of tests and doctor’s visits, we’ve found out that’s what is destroying his red blood cell count and making him weaker. Our future together is uncertain right now but we are so grateful for all the adventures we’ve had together! This picture was only taken about 2 months ago. Been to 22 states together, from Colorado to Georgia to Vermont. He is my best friend and I’ll miss him terribly, but I am the luckiest dog mom to have him be mine.
