Benson

He belongs in the mountains.

More: Benson is a shelter pup I started fostering from the Central Missouri Humane Society as a senior at the University of Missouri. Benson was skin and bones, under-socialized, and quickly became reactive. Working through his reactivity has been a struggle, but has been one of the most eye-opening and enlightening experiences I would never take back. Benson has come a long way with training and patience, and has grown into a completely new dog. I am grateful to be able to take him on every adventure with me, living his life, as well as mine, to the fullest. I’ve never seen him, or myself happier, than when we are in the mountains.
