More: Bentley was my crazy grad school purchase when I was in school at University of Kentucky. I brought him home to my childhood dog (Beemer a Jack Russell) who moved to KY with me. As a puppy Bent went to western NY with my fiancé and learned the ropes of being a farm dog while Beemer was my apartment sidekick. We lost Beemer at 16 years old this year and Bentley has filled his shoes the best he could traveling with me, snuggling every night, heading to the barns to do chores, playing fetch, swimming, and hiking. Simply put, he’s the best blue heeler I’ve ever met - a true adventure partner and lazy Sunday dog all wrapped up into one!
