More: Betty was found on the street in Tennessee and put in a high kill shelter before she was rescued and sent to us here in Connecticut. She has kept us company during quarantine and comforted my daughter while she recovered from a serious car accident. This photo is from her favorite place to run. She always stops at the top of that hill, surveys the land for a moment to see if there are squirrels to catch and then she bolts down the hill never coming close to catching one. She is quite simply the best dog we’ve ever had. We love out Betty Girl.
