More: Booker is a foster fail. He came to us in May 2019 from RVSPCA with broken front feet, fractured pelvis, malnutrition, and quite a few behavioral issues. It took some time, but he has flourished and now “ain’t nothin’ but a hound dog” whose very happy, friendly, and loved by all!
