More: A year before Boone came into our lives my husband and I lost his mother and my father within 2 weeks of each other. My father passed on 11/6/18. We already had 2 older Chesapeakes at home. Boone’s arrival into the Ellis household on Christmas Eve 2019 was a gift. He breathed life, love, and laughter back into all of us - the chessies included. Boone is a wild ‘n crazy guy. He exudes passion in everything he does. He constantly badgers his brother and sister and they would have it no other way. Boone is living his best life with us and loving every minute of every day. We are merely along for the ride. And what a ride it is.
