More: We rescued Bowie from a shelter 9 months ago. He was listed as stray and was in the shelter for 4 1/2 months. He was going to be put down. He looked at us with those eyes and we immediately fell in love. He is the sweetest, best boy ever. Loves all dogs, loves all people, loves all adventures. He is a true companion and cannot imagine our lives without him. He is our first dog together with my husband of over 13 years. He needs to stay away from foxtails though. Got one of those up his nose because he is a sniffer of everything. I don't have a professional photo of him. I just took this one day in the park with my phone.
