More: Buddy is a rescue that I found while at a North Texas lake on a family vacation. (We think he's part Lacy and Hound mix) He was literally "on the run" and scared and had been traumatized in some harsh way. As I approached him he leaped into my truck when I opened the door. I could tell that he had some real scars and was glad that someone was least trying to help him. After repeated unsuccessful attempts to find his owner or a chip, it became evident that he would probably join our 12 year old Catahoula and become a part of our family. He has been with us now for a full year and has required alot of love and attention. Our Catahoula passed away this spring and I'm glad we had Buddy to fill the void! He is a handsome pup who has beautiful coloring. He is full of energy and very athletic. Everyone who meets him loves him! Believe me when I say that our whole neighborhood knows Buddy! It has taken time for him to trust us but he's now found a safe and loving home with people who love him.
