More: Carrot is a rescue dog. She was 4 months old in a shelter in North Carolina and was slated to be euthanized. The day before the scheduled procedure, she was rescued by a not for profit rescue organization in Wisconsin. She and I adopted each other 2 months later and have been best friends since. Carrot is loyal and loves to run, dig and snuggle.
