More: Carter loves to be outside, whether at the beach, the dog park, or just hanging by the fire pit. He loves his adopted siblings, Zeus and Mandy and especially loved is best buddy, Peanut, a Cavashon who lives next door. He’s very friendly and smart and just generally enjoys life!
