More: Cece is JR, the bichon’s great, great granddaughter! She loves to climb up on chairs & couches in order to look out the windows and bark as the world goes by. She also adores other pups so much that on Valentine’s Day we scooped up her brother and brought him home. (4 mos old Will, the English Cocker!) Now, she spends most of their time playing with her new brother🐾 & the rest of the time watching out the window.
