More: Cecil is an amazing rescue we have had for over 5 years. He is loving and so full of life for the outdoors. He enjoys hiking, fishing, boating and off roading with his parents and fur siblings. After suffering a horrible first two years of neglect, he is now one happy, spoiled boy!
