More: My little Chachi us mentally challenged, he's learned alot through his 10 years and has always been loved..he overcomes his challenges everyday..he's a Warrior amoung Chihuahua. He has night terrors and awakes screaming until I slowly wake him. He doesn't know what water is until I get home started drinking..he has a fabulous personality and I love him to pieces and he loves me and his Grandma and Grandpa..he always thinks it's cold if there's no sun..
