Chance

Have a dog gone Happy Holiday

More: This is my dog Chance who just turned 4. On Oct. 31, 2018 i was deeply saddened in heart and lost in soul with the loss of my 17 year old Chihuahua Cheech. Two months later, I received word from a local animal shelter that they had a small dog available for adoption. My father and stepmother took me to see the dog. When I arrived, it was love at 1st site . The shelter didn't know much about his background. He was a stray dog. Strays are dogs that are lost, given up, or abandoned. He was two years old and didn't even have a name. I decided to name him Chance because it was giving me a second chance in loving another dog, and it was also giving him a 2nd chance in life. I am so grateful to God and The East Haven animal shelter for bringing Chance into my life. There are many other dogs that need a home and deserve to be loved. Why not take a chance , open up your heart, and rescue a dog in need. Chance has brought so much joy into my life. He is also very smart and photogenic. He would make a great dog model for advertisements, dog clothes, calendars, books etc. Give Chance a Chance.
