More: Charlie is a rescue dog that we found at a local puppy store in my neighborhood. I took my Mom there in hopes of lightening up her mood after losing her 12 year old Golden Retriever that was the love of her life. Someone dropped Charlie off there to save him from an abusive situation. Charlie barely got up off the floor when we first arrived, and he was only 3 months old and already very broken. He melted out hearts from first sight, and has been the best thing in our lives since we brought him home. He’s full of love and joy!!
