More: Charlie started life in Kentucky where he was rescued from an abusive situation. He went through two foster homes in Texas where he was loved and taken good care of before he ended up with us in Oregon. Charlie loves people, other dogs, the mountains, and the Oregon coast. Charlie also loves all of his Orvis gear!
