More: Charlie is a friendly boy and loves to meet babies, dogs and anyone else. We call him the Governor because he could be. He had a tough bout with kennel cough and then surgery for aggressive skin cancer on his muzzle. Now he has cataracts and still loves his daily walks. Charlie is such a great dog. He brings out the best in us.
