More: Charlie is a 1 year old “foster fail” rescue. He enjoys keeping your seat warm on the couch, belly rubs, and an occasional cat chase for good exercise. Charlie had a rough start to his life, but thanks to a local rescue he was brought to our family with the intent to foster and earn his trust for humans back. He’s the neighborhood mayor these days wagging his tail every evening to say hello, literally... that howl is on point.
