More: Charlie boy was rescued by one of my clients about 11 yrs ago. He was abandoned by hunters in the woods near Charleston S.C. He followed my client who was biking the trails in the national forest back to her car. He was skin and bones and covered in fleas and tics. Being a huge animal lover like myself she couldn't leave him and proceeded to take him home with her. I became close friends with him when I would come out to landscape her yard weekly. Sadly my client passed away and her husband ask if I would adopt him because he was confused and lonely. At the time I had just lost my beloved lab and was really not ready for another dog but it just seemed right. I picked him up the next day and he quickly became my best friend in the world!I'm not sure who rescued who :)
