More: Charlotte was born with club paw at a dog breeder. She was rescued by a local rescue, DELCO Dawgs, where we adopted her from. Due to her birth defects, she needed her leg amputated at just 4 months old. Charlotte is the best dog and doesn’t let her differences get in the way of her life.
