More: Chevy is the kindest, most intuitive creature I've ever met. He loves his friends and never forgets a kind person. His optimism and boundless youthful energy inspire me daily to be a better, more patient, and understanding human. He travels everywhere with me: backpacking, camping, the beach, mountains, planes, trains, and automobiles. He's my little 40lb shadow, and we've spent only five nights apart since the day I adopted him from the Torrance County Animal Shelter in Moriarty, NM on an icy snowstorm of a day the week before Christmas in 2015. He's truly my greatest gift.
