More: Chewy is in the late stages of a terminal cancer diagnosis. He was diagnosed with Anal Gland Carcinoma back in March. Treatment and surgery were not successful, we are trying to enjoy the last few weeks that we have left together. Chewy still goes out on every hunt with us and those are my favorite memories we have created together. Even in the late stages of his cancer this dog never ceases to amaze me. Whether it be in the field or at home with our 2 year old boy-the love and charisma this dog portrays is nothing short of amazing.
