More: Chuko is a rescue puppy from the summer of 2020. I volunteer for the Texas Great Pyrenees Rescue and Chuko is a puppy that was surrendered to TGPR and I fostered. The lady that surrendered Chuko was Choctaw Indian. She said he was the best dog she had ever had but could not keep him because she was filing for custody of her grandchildren that played too rough with Chuko. She named him Chuko which meant peace and happiness in the home. I eventually fostered failed and Chuko has his forever home with us. He is trained and very smart!!! The woman that trained him often uses him in conjunction with other dogs she trains in order to socialize those same dogs. Chuko is peace and happiness.
