More: We had recently lost our beloved 13year old yellow lab Spud. We weren’t sure we were ready for another dog, but we instantly fell in love with him. Clark is a 6yr old retired champion confirmation dog who had never retrieved before. Clark has a new found love of retrieving and the picture is from one of our training trips. Clark is flushing and retrieving downed birds to hand. We still have a lot of work to do and I’m excited to see how he does next season.
