More: Cooper was a feral dog and found by an animal shelter when he was approximately 6 months old. When I went to the shelter he was 10 months old and scared of every one and everything. I knew he was for me. I have had Cooper for a month and a half now. It took 3 weeks for him to trust me and now he won't leave my side. It took 3 weeks to wag his tail and now he has no reason to be sad. Cooper and I walk and hike on the weekends and I found out that he absolutely loves the water!!! Home and the water are his two happy places.
