More: Cooper has been an outstanding house / field dog. He took first place in a shooting dog championship, where I never had to fire a shot. In the 20 minutes we had in the field, Cooper caught and retrieved 13 chukars to hand (unhurt except for being mouthed). The event was a point system and even without firing a shot, we were awarded first place in front of a crowd that was yelling, "he can't win, he didn't fire a shot". He has a big heart, listens, loves to be with people, and has fathered 48 puppies. Everyone should have a dog like Cooper one time in their lives.
