More: Cooper crawled out of a dumpster and found his way into our doggie door the day after Thanksgiving. He has seen almost all of this great countryside through the backseat of our SUV. We vowed several years ago to only go on vacations where he can join us. His favorite was sunrise at the Grand Canyon this year. We always joke that Cooper hit the puppy lotto when he found us. The reality is that he saved US that day and he continues to be our North Star that leads us to get and enjoy the outdoors.
