More: Cooper the Keeshond was rescued from a high-kill shelter at 12 weeks old. He was dropped there because of a birth defect. His rescue group arranged for a veterinary surgical correction of the defect. I fostered him through recovery and then adopted him. He is living life happily ever after and HE LOVES BEING OUTDOORS!
