More: Dahlia was being raised as a bait dog, and therefore was caged for the first year of her life. She was rescued by an organization call “don’t Pittie Me”, which takes in dogs with special needs and helps them find their best lives and families. Dahlia has learned so much and loves her JT, who has special needs.
