Daisy

Ready to Walk

More: Daisy was left at a shelter by her first owner, then rescued by Players for Pits who fostered her for three months before I adopted her. I’d been completely devastated after losing my last pitbull to liver cancer, and Daisy had trust issues after being moved from house to house. But I knew I was ready to love a dog again and Daisy needed that love and stability. So glad I found her. The first day I met her I got to take her for a short walk and she seemed to really love it. We now walk a few miles a day together. When she’s not walking with me she’s usually sunning herself in the yard or cuddled up on the sofa next to me.
