More: Doobie is a very loving and placid Chow Chow. Born on Valentines Day, he's a true love Chow and has an amazing ability to melt the most hardened of hearts. The last year has been challenging for Doobie. Following a diagnosis of arthritis late last year, for which he was receiving therapy, he fell ill on 16 February earlier this year. He had overnight emergency surgery for GDV/bloat. He had the desire to live and is doing well. Doobie is a spoilt boy and a huge Orvis fan. He has the Orvis collection of 'big bears', mousse, and fox in his bedroom, which he has a sniff of daily.
