More: Duke was my brother's (Toby Simonsen) companion. Unfortunately Duke had to be allowed to cross the rainbow bridge, at a very young age, almost two years ago due to bone cancer. He was an incredibly smart and a loyal friend. He loved to go everywhere with my brother. He loved to fetch to the point of exhaustion. He would dive for sticks, balls, and even rocks from the dock at our cabin. Duke loved to cuddle and would wait patiently daily on the back of my brother's couch for his arrival home daily from work.
