More: Effie is a rescue from the Hobbs, New Mexico area. We adopted her in Colorado after she was transferred for a surgical procedure on her back leg. She loves the sunshine, getting cuddles and treats. Not a big fan of the snow. Effie says “special thanks to all the rescues”.
