More: Eli is a member of the Northwest Pennsylvania K9 Search and Rescue Team. He is trained to find lost/missing people. He is certified through International Police Work Dos Association. We do not get paid for our services we are all volunteer 501 C3 non profit. Eli loves his job and loves helping people.
