More: Emmy is a rescue, she was in a high kill shelter in Delano CA for 6 months before we got her from Scooter’s Pals in Angels Camp, CA. She was bitten on the nose by a rattlesnake about 4 months after we rescued her, recovered from that, then ate something poisonous and was on IV’s for a week. We did a DNA test and found out she is a Heinz 57, German Spitz, Pomeranian, Corgi, Chihuahua and more. Emmy is the best dog, a real sweetheart. She lives in Suquamish WA now on the shore of the Salish Sea with us.
