More: We rescued Evee from a backyard breeder who left her at the door step of my daughters vet/hospital, where she works. The dog was matted, pregnant and then found to have still born pups inside. Once she was shaved she had emergency surgery to remove the fetus. Unbeknownst to us, she would soon develop Alopecia and since has grown back some hair but is going to stay somewhat bald! She’s doing wonderful and living comfortably in S. Florida.
