More: Fern is a rescue dog who came from a serious neglect situation. She is currently in foster care and learning to love the creature comforts that come along with indoor living, proper veterinary care, and tons of affection and TLC. She is fascinated by the television and will sometimes sit and stare at it until she gets sleepy and falls asleep sitting up like a little old man.
