More: Finley was rescued from a rural Tennessee shelter in 2021, where he was found wandering alone at a dollar store. He is still a working dog at heart - but instead of tending to his herd, he visits active duty troops and veterans in Washington, DC, where he brings joy to everyone he meets. This picture is from a recent visit to the DC Armed Services Retirement Home - and Finley is proudly wearing his Tough Trail Orvis leash while he visits members past and present of the U.S. Military.
